How to share an idea or report a bug
Post a feature idea or a bug report on the Limespun feedback board, and what to include so we can act on it.
Have an idea that would make Limespun better for your studio, or found something that isn't working? Tell us on the feedback board.
Before you post
Search the board first. If someone has already shared the same idea, vote for it and add a comment with your use case instead of starting a new post. One post with many votes moves up our list faster than several separate posts.
Pick the right board
Board | Use it for |
|---|---|
Feature Requests | New features or improvements to existing ones |
Bug Reports | Something that isn't working the way it should |
Integrations | Tools and services you'd like Limespun to connect with |
Write a post we can act on
For an idea: describe the problem you're trying to solve, not only the solution. "My artists need to see tomorrow's consent forms before they arrive" tells us more than "add a button."
For a bug: include
- what you were doing,
- what happened,
- what you expected to happen, and
- the device and browser you were using.
Screenshots help a lot.
What happens next
Every post is read by the Limespun team. You'll be notified when the post's status changes or someone replies. See How voting and statuses work.
