Email us
Write to support@limespun.com. You can also open it from inside Limespun: click your name at the bottom of the sidebar, then Email support.
Include these details
To help us solve it on the first reply, tell us:
- your studio name and the email you sign in with,
- what you were trying to do and what happened instead,
- when it happened (date and time),
- your device and browser, and
- a screenshot if you can.
Please never send passwords, full card numbers or your clients' medical details by email. We will never ask for them.
